Paradise Events Hi LLC ("Paradise Events", "we", "us") produces events on Oahu, Hawaii. This page explains what we collect when you join our lists, how we use it, and the terms of our text message program.
When you sign up for our guest list, waitlist, email list or text list, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth (to confirm you are 21 or older), city, and event preferences. We also keep a record of when and how you opted in.
We use your information to send you event announcements, guest list links and offers you asked for, to manage guest lists and entry, to answer your questions, and to keep records of consent. We do not use it for anything unrelated to Paradise Events.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Mobile numbers, text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example our email and messaging platform), who may use it only to provide that service to us, or when the law requires it.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from email does not change your text preferences, and replying STOP to texts does not change your email preferences.
